We've all heard this statement before, but when it comes to planning a vacation for yourself, your family, or your friends, the more knowledge you have, the better your experience will be. But what happens when you don't have time to get all the knowledge built up before you make your travel plans? That's where a travel agent comes in handy!

It feels strange to call yourself "knowledgeable", but the truth is, this journey of becoming a travel agent has been filled with lots of training about each of the different cruise and travel companies we work with. Each company offers extensive training to travel agents, and we strive to learn as much as possible about each company we focus on so we have taken advantage of this training and have earned several different accolades along the way. Journey with a Smile started in 2025, so there is still much for us to learn. While we are by no means proclaiming to be the ultimate travel experts, we do consider ourselves well-trained and we are looking to serve travelers with not only our knowledge, but above all, with a smile.
